ZEITGEIST: a unique documentary

This is an unbelievable documentary that I recommend anyone to download from the official site.

Great for discussion and brings up many interesting points in regards to religion and the human society as it started thousands of years ago and and evolved as we know it

edit: I ve done some slight reserach about the movie to get a better picture of its credibility. It looks like although some may have some sources to back them up, there are many points that really make you question its credibility in many others.

No. As I said already to mm, I didnt bother to see what the link in the original was about so I didnt remember it. Thats why I didnt comment anything on the documentary back then.

i thought that documentary was contradicting itself when it says that the governments and banks are feeding us with media News filled with false informations just to make us believe whatever it\'s on tv and makes money out of us.

I can not say that necessarily "EVERYTHING" is false, since some of the things mentioned in the movie are things I ve heard and read about previously as well.

For example the "conquer and divide" plans for the middle east is something that was revealed before thoughts of attacking iraq were even revealed explicitly in public.

The movie tends to overreact though and add some more tragedy, often making you question things that may also have some truth in them

The religion part is very questionable for sure. But their point that religion was used to control the masses and it was one of the things that pulled civilization into the dark ages is something I believe a lot, and happens even today almost everywhere. The Empire of Byzantine for example has burnt the Library of Alexandria in the name of Christianity. There the biggest and most important part of written human history and creativity was destroyed and burnt.

I am not sure. Correct me if I am wrong but they seem to distribute the movie freely, even the DVD. I dont know how they got the funds to make this though.

if so, how come it said $5 for every disc and another $2 for shipping in U.S.A.?  I can understand the $2 shipping.  But if they are giving it away for free, why not just say so and let the consumers pay the shipping only?

Didnt see that. The link that directed me towards the main page said that the movie is distributed for free either through downloads or through ordering.

Well it sure seems like a movie that must have had some considerable expenses to make. They are either money hungering charlatans (well they say non-profit) or just trying to cover up the cost of production.
