Pure

Anyone try Pure?

I have it for 360. It\'s a lot of fun and the challenge ramps up pretty quickly for people who are into arcade racers. The idea was basically to take SSX Snowboarding and switch snow with mud and boards with ATVs.

It\'s pretty fun and the camera work is neat in how it pulls back at a small angle to highlight a stunt. On big air, the sound cuts out to make it seem more dramatic.

Some basic customization aspects, but nothing that\'ll blow you away.

Pretty fun so far.

It\'s nice, and I like this kind of games.  I like Motorstorm PR too.
He has the power of both worlds
Girl: What power… beyond my expectations?
AND IT\'S PERSONAL
Demon: No… the legendary Sparda!?
Dante: You\'re right, but I\'m his son Dante!

too arcadey for me. The jumps are cool and the game looks good, but i dont like the feeling of the steering. mainly how it\'s easy to steer but the animation shows that you\'re skidding on the mud..just doesnt mix for me.

my favorite racing games are ones with a balance between realism and arcade like dirt, grid, burnout, and motorstorm.

I agree about the steering. I have a tendancy to over adjust because it looks like I\'m going to slide right out of a curve sometimes. That may also have to do with how the camera is a little more dynamic than usual.

Typically, those cams look cool but aren\'t as good as stationary cams. Remember trying to drive with the cinema cam in GTA4? It\'s cool looking but you can\'t drive like you want to.
