I want to get tickets to the gojira show, but that convenience charge is a mother-fucker..would be 32 bucks for 2 tickets if i could just get them there, but with ticketmaster it\'s going to be 50+ bucks.

the show is in pomona..thats why i cant go there to buy the tickets

I despise ticketmaster. Was gonna use them to get tickets to see Mastodon the other day, but the charges per ticket were more than half the price of the ticket itself. Woulda been $38 without them, and $58 with them. Ended up just going down to the box office myself. Refuse to pay that much out of principle.

usually you can get tickets through the box office of the venue and just do a will call

haha. theyre playing in hollywood but that\'s further than pomona for me. plus the place in pomona has really nice sound.

ill give them a call later to see if they let you reserve tickets..

Yeah. Ticketmaster sucks. I\'ve paid as much for convenience charge and all that shit as I did for the ticket. And to get it emailed to you costs more than to just mail them. Its ridiculous. Some bands have spoken out against ticketmaster.

went to the haunted tonight. since it was a thursday i knew it wouldnt be sold out (wasnt many people and a small venue..bad ass), but when i asked them to buy tickets to gojira they said i had to go through their record store, which happened to be closed. why the hell not sell tickets at the BOX OFFICE?

i doubt gojira will be sold out either since theyre not that popular..or at least i dont think they are.
