Yeah, my mom thought this was just fantastic, and she kept saying things like "and you\'d never know she could sing so well by looking at her"... I kept asking what she meant by that, but its clear.

The only reason this lady is popular now, is because she is butt ugly, and so happens to have a nice voice.

It\'s good for ratings...so if you have a very extraordinary skill, but look like godzilla and king kong\'s lovechild, the media will be all over it....not because these people have genuine skills, but in a sense so that they can make a circus of it..... Didn\'t think i had to break it down, but there you have it.


Oh And there\'s nothing really weird looking about this guy...his grill needs some work, and looks like he\'s been munching on some rocks, but other than that, he\'s an average lookin\' dude....opera\'s not my thing, but he did a pretty good job.

I was just saying..this chick is a little different since the whole point was noone gave her a shot because of how she looked..but the whole thing with audiences crying, giving standing ovations for THAT guy. noone specific, but every time there\'s a \'THAT guy\' and i dont get how people dont see its the same thing only different. gets old
