This is borderline off-topic, but it's not that off topic so im putting it here

Anyone go to conventions?

Went to comic con yesterday (2nd time going) and loved it. Was way better than last year for me since I didnt really know what to expect or how to spend the day

But PAX is my goal to go to. Seattle's #1 on my list of cities to visit, and PAX seems like an amazing convention for gamers. The gaming section grew a bit this year at comic con and there were sections to play Sunset Overdrive, the club, and Evolve, but i didnt get around to playing any of them. But that kind of stuff would be the focus at PAX

any you guys go to/want to go to?

Only thing I really bought was one of those KAI figurines of the AC4 character. Wanted one last year but they didnt have a character I really wanted. That and a little mass effect guy of Grunt

Sweet pics dude. I don't do the convention thing. Want to but just haven't. Now that I have a real job with vacation time I want to go to PAX East next year. Would be cool if I knew how to make a sweet costume. Would totally go as Isaac Clark.

i dunno if i could do the dress up thing lol. It takes a lot of effort to make it look good and might not be comfortable to be in for 6+ hours

But i love that other people do it. we went to the masquerade and some were pretty bad ass (especially this one Alien costume)

Hey Viper, you go to Comic Con this year? My facebook feed is starting to get flooded by my friends going. Been seeing a few Disney and movie characters moreso this year on the internet. Wasn't it supposed to be about comic books?
