Just wondering if anyone has tried the NEW F1 game for PS2.  It is called F1 2001 and is made by EA sports.  I have F1 2000 for PSX, but I have heard and seen some really good pics and reviews about this game.  It just came out the other day, here in the US and just wondering if anyone has bought it or rented it..

Yes i bought it...i can say its ok...handling is tight but the replay is kind of dull coz the camera seems to focus on one car all the time.

Im in the Monza track right now playing on medium mode.They programmed Schumacher & Hakinnen & Coulthard in the front row most of the time.Actually in the game ..the Jordan car is powerful but the handling is not that agile as the Williams BMW.

All i can say that its a good f1 sim...for now..

Actually, it\'s F1 Championship Season 2000 by EA Sports

Formula1 2001 is being done by Sony.

You can tell which game is being done by which company because EA only uses \'F1\', while Sony uses the whole \'Formula 1\'

I love F1 games too, but I think you must wait to next year for buy F1 2002, when EA will do his best games... sure.

Are F-1 games just like nascar in the fact that they are boring! I\'d like a good racer but I am very very apprehensive about anything f1 or nascar. better rent first

Ehhh guy I don´t know you what you mean exactly because my English is not perfect, I am from Spain, and almost that I understand each other I not liked your tone. Have I entered with you? Then close the pick and allow to speak to the other ones. By the way, your posts are not anything of the other world.
