Just like EThugg have said, it will probably be released during Spring-early Summer 2001. The FPSs aren\'t my favorite type of games, but if it has a story like Half-Life i\'d give it a try.
About the other aspects of the game, yes the graphics are amazing, but i\'m more impressed about the posibility to modify the environments, even to the point that you could destroy the walls or a bridge in real-time( or shoot through them with the help of a thermal-visor). It would add some interesting things to the gameplay, specially in a multiplayer mode.

This is one game I will have to have the day it\'s available. Every time I hear about it it seems even better. I can\'t wait to be able to shoot people standing on the other side of a wall! As for the controls, it would rock if they had the same as Timesplitters; sure it takes some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it you have almost total control over your movements.

I cannot wait for this game.

Well, let\'s just remember that if Red Faction has incorporated within it a suitable A.I., then you and I are in for it!  Think about it.  You want paranoia?  Just imagine a game where the computer enemy can spot YOU through a wall and blast YOUR a$$ with a thermalcharge!  Around every corner and with every *peep and squeak* you will be alert with excitement and desperate fear.  Now THAT is sweet gaming!

Muahahahahah, so far we all have been saying " ill shoot someones ass threw a wall or i\'ll blow that bridge down on someone, and the whole time nobody stopped to think that the Computer generated opponents may be thinking the same thing !!! Damn thats to funny. I wanna some p!ssed off security guard to shoot me in the nuts now !! hehe

I couldn\'t agree more. I really hope the AI is amped up. The bots in Timesplitters are decent, though they sometimes do really stupid things (I\'ve seen them run around in small circles like they\'re dying to go to the bathroom...) Just knowing that almost nowhere in the game is going to be safe will add a charge to it that will make this game worth having. Can\'t freakin\' wait...
