« on: December 24, 2000, 07:48:48 AM »
Ok i found a site which does Playstation SVHS cables.

http://www.gamealliance.co.uk

However they are SVHS cables not SVideo is there any difference and if so will both work.

Finally any other sites where i could get a PS2 Svideo cable ?

Although it is technically called S-video, advertisers sometimes call them S-VHS cables.  They are the same thing.

My TV\'s S-Video channel is called SHVS, I\'d just like to add that. :)

Ok cool thanks for straightening that up.

Secondly, I will be connecting my SVideo cable using a Scart Block into my RGB Compatable Scart Socket on my TV (UK TV). IF its RGB should it support and use the extra features that SVIdeo gives over Composite, another words how can i tell if my tv supports it without having to buy one.
