difference in Japan and Australia Ps2 ??

Is it Australia Ps2 cannot play japan ver Ps2 games?

and I love Winning eleven football series very much,is there any version for ps2??Japan or english??

Will all japan ver games also publish eng ver??
What can I do if I want to play the games?
 
Could u recommend any football games for me?

PAL PS2 console can\'t play japanese games.......u will need a modchip in order to do that....but the best perfect modchip is not ready yet......

Not all japanese game will be released in US NTSC and PAL version........this depend on the game developer........as u can see from past psx1 games....even some NTSC US games never reach PAL, not to mention jap version..., for instance all Dragon Ball games by BANDAI never reach US and PAl version....they all in japanese...
in short words from all NTSC US, NTSC JAP and PAL, PAL is the one with the least game lists.....
