Does anybody know if the PS2 will be capable of getting on the net? and if so when will this function be possible?

sure it will. once sony releases the harddrive for the ps2 then you will be able to play game on the net and other stuff.

If the PlayOnline is active and PS2 netgaming is available it\'s gonna be great. Just imagine playing FFXI on your powerful PS2. As Homer would say, "Awwggrrlll.... FFXI on PS2...." :facelick:
