Oh well let me know what you guys think. I\'m still kinda worried about the rear projection thing though. but the picture kills my wega  so ....

I prefer Mitsubishi for big screen, namely the Platinum Plus WS-55857.



It can be found for $3500 & has a VGA input for when (if) the PS2 comes out with a VGA box.  Though I did see that Sony in action, looks very nice and that DRC technology is pretty amazing.  I know you will not be disappointed if you get that set, except for maybe paying the steep price tag.  You\'ll just have to go to a shop and compare them yourself.

i heard mitsubishi are selling very well with big screen tvs not sure about widescreen.
playstation 2 rules.  Nintendo Starcube Dolphin drools.  Hehehahahheheheh...

Make sure its a TV that wont get images burned into the screen. Ask the dealer about videogames and if they are compatible

We had a discussion aboutthis before and it is usually from static objects. thank god most games dont have them anymore !!
