Got my PS2,,, ABOUT DAMN TIME!!!

So God loves the dedicated, or maybe he just feels sorry for us.

I hit the Webster TX Best Buy today at about 11:45 and after killing some time in the computer section, decided to cruise by the video games. I was looking down the PS2 aisle and noticed some small blue boxes at the other end and at the bottom of the shelf. I didn\'t really think there was much of a chance of them just happening to have put out PS2 consoles on new years day so I walked down there expecting them to be some sort of accessories. I was pretty pleased to find that they were indeed the actual consoles. Well it took me about 2 microseconds to snag one and also SSX and a Saitek DVD remote. Kick Ass!!!

why on earth would u need a remote???

Hmmmmm,,, I guess a wired remote would be like going back to the days of the original VCRs. That really sucked. If I can get a wireless IR remote for $15 then it\'s a done deal.

well im in new zealnad and its like $40 or $50 hereso it kinda suck living in new zealnad from a buyers perspective

Well, everyone who hasn\'t got their PS2 yet can think the closer we get to spring the more larger opportunity there is for you to get one. Now all of you who want will get PS2 before Spring I\'m quite sure.
