UK PS2 DVD Region Change / Mod-Chip

As far as I now there is no button combination for changing the region on a uk ps2, also watch out for the uk ps2 ( SCPH-30003 ) mod chip, to play copied cd\'s us games. ( not sure if it will unlock the dvd regions or not )

You will need to use a Scart RGB to get colour Region 1 dvd\'s outputted correctly. ( if the region becomes changable )

Or just buy a multi region dvd player !!!

Rumor :

The last few days there have been rumors that a group called Morpheus Crew has cracked the PS2 Copy protection. They claim that they have developed a BootCD, similar the the Utopia BooTCD for the DC, which is based on a modified DVD burning software package.
