There were a lot of things that I enjoyed, but I thought the Football was lousy. I have high hopes for it though.

My first impression was bad. I will give it a chance though before I call it crap or anything like that. I just thought that as most things of it\'s nature it didn\'t even come close to the hype it got. It was just football. And yeah Aaron, the football was lousy.

I thought the football itself was horrible.  It is easy to see why these guys are not in the NFL.  The receivers drop catchable balls, QBs throw bad passes, linebackers make wrong reads, etc.  It frustrates me to see a QB\'s completion % under 45 because that means there is a lot of stoppage.
One example of how far these guys are below the NFL based on talent is John Avery.  This guys was a 1st round pick in \'98 and he never stuck.  He was considered a major bust.  Saturday in the XFL he rushed for 157 on 20 carries.
Another thing I hate is the player introductions in the beginning.  This takes way too long, and I don\'t care about what they have to say.
I\'ll still probably watch it just because it\'s football  :)

I agree, the player introductions are long and pointless. But they have to get people interested in the players to be successful. That is why they kept talking about "He Hate Me", it gets you attached to the players. I like the behind the QB view, except for the fact that it was slightly crooked the whole time. I don\'t want them to use it every time, but it is a nice change. It really shows how hard the QB throws the ball from that angle.

i agree the player intoductions are stupid. but mcmahon wants to establish his players as characters. he wants people to follow their favorite players in the same way people follow their favorite wrestlers.
