someting is wrong with my PC, HELP!!!

something is wrong, I dont know if it is windows or my hardware. Whenever I try to restart or shut down my pc It freezes at the win98 logo. Then I have to turn it of by the power outlet in the wall. I am having this problem since I downloaded the nvidia detonator 3 drivers...maybe its that???...Do you guys have any ideas on how to fix it??? I have already changed my drivers back to the old ones but that doesn\'t help.

I dont think it could be the Nvida Drivers. Small Chance It could be.

But in any case if you havent go to Windows Update and Download the Microsoft Windows 98 Shutdown Supplement or Mapped Drive Supplement Patch. (I dont know the exact wording) :(

Also go into your Msconfig and take off any programs that have no use to you. Like Schuding Agent etc.
