Your fav. thing about the MGS2 demo?

Ah, I finally got my hands on the game last night (what a relief, I thought I\'d have to wait till today). Needless to say I am just absolutely blown away by everything about the demo.

What are your favourite things in the demo.

Mine;

i)The rain, as soon as the Russians take the ship and you\'re under control the rain effects on the deck are simply unbeliveable. My jaw hit the floor instantly.

ii)The lockers - not just stuffing a poor bastard in there, but if you go inside a locker, close the door, and call Otacon there\'s a pretty funny exchange.

iii)Snake breaking the door handle - on the first floor/deck there\'s a door and when you turn the handle it comes off in Snake\'s hands, he looks around sheepishly, and then puts it back on. hehe

iv)The hold-up maneuver, I am such a masochist shooting guards in the groin, butt, and execution style in the head.

v)Just the incredible level of detail, just using your binoculars and zooming right up to almost everything and nothing becomes blurry - it\'s all crisp and clear.

I don\'t know how I\'m supposed to do work now....okay, I\'m off to play the demo some more.

have you tried shooting them first in one knee, then in the arms and then the second knee, it\'s even more fun

My 2 favorite things in the demo are:

1)  Actually being able to avoid a clearing

2)  For some reason I just love to knock a guy out or even kill them and throw their body overboard.  

This game rules!

Oh yeah, I love to hold the guys up and take them out limb by limb too.  It\'s so much fun

How do you "Hold them up"?

I only played through it once last night and didn\'t try anything too risky.

Just sneak up on the guards and when close, raise your weapon. Snake will shout out something and the next thing you\'ll see is a pair of hands pointing skywards.

If you\'re fast enough, you can run to the front of the enemy to change your position. It\'s fun making then quiver, heehee...

have a look at the "specials" bit on the start screen, all the moves etc are shown with clips.

Hiding soldier\'s bodies, shooting them in the head, I love it all. Can\'t wait for this game to come out.

I like runnig up to the Russian chick and ripping her wet shirt off....but that was in my dreams after playing the MGS2 demo for 2 straight hours.

I like hanging on the railing and dropping on the poor wet sap who has to guard in the rain. And to add insult to injury, I drag his sleeping carcass off the boat.

I just love the demo is\'t self,i love everything about it,one thing that really stands out for me is the intro,god it is just like a movie,the music the graphics,i love the way they build snake up,and when he gets on to the ship,and he slowy gets up,that is too cool.
This is the only other intro that i can watch over and over,the other one is Z.O.E

The music in this game is also fabulous.  Some of the best I\'ve heard for a game yet, even though we\'ve only heard very little.

Another favorite part of mine is when in the intro Snake Jumps off the bridge almost exactly like how it was done in the beginning of Ghost in the Shell.  Sweet!

How do you throw them overboard?  I couldn\'t do it.

You have to drag them over to the aft(rear) lower level. There is a little dug-out type area with a little railing. If you approach the area with a gaurd in tow, a cut-scene will take over and show Snake throw him over.

 There is one on the port(left) and one on the startboard(right).

You can also hang off of these and look at the side of the ship...big whoop...Well, you can!:)

LOL, another one I discovered;

Open up a locker with a picture of a girl, and keep it open. Now go outside and alert a guard, and run back inside and hide in a locker. The guards will come into the room to look for you, but they\'ll see the open locker with the poster and become distracted. LOL

Here\'s a couple:

• Tap Traingle really fast when you open up those doors with the handles.  SNake will spin them super fast rather than just spin them at a slow ass pace.
• Hide inside a locker with a poster and hold R1 and listen, Snake will kiss the poster. ;)
• Jump over the side of the boat and hang onto the ledge and drop into the harbor
• Go into the fruit room on your way away from being detected and hide under the center shelves and draw your gun and blow off the enemies knee caps.
• For added fun, let the enemies know you\'re under the shelves and let them try to duck and shoot you as well as toss grenades.
• Shoot out an enemies radio and watch him run away from you none too happy.
• Blow out the lenses on cameras.
• Knock on the posters to alert (caution mode) the guards of your presence once and knock on it multiple times to go immediately into alert mode.
• Use your dive roll and knock over enemies bowling pin style and if you\'re fast enough, get up before them and shoot them in the head.
• Get seen and put all the guards that come to you asleep and pile them up in a far away open area.  Watch as one will get up to awaken the others.  As he gets up and wakes up another, put one guard to sleep and watch as the other ones just aimlessly start waking up eachother over and over.  Hilarious for a time.

I like hanging off the rail and landing on guys, has anybody knocked on the girls crouch in one of the locker pics and then hide in a locker the guys come in and keep on looking at it and then walk out
