Actually, Max, Dr. Hawkins, and Kurt = MDK, is just a PR cop out.

Max and Dr. Hawkins were never a part of the story in the original MDK.  Back then everyone knew it stood for Murder Death Kill.  They made the dog and the dr an integral part of the story so now they can alledge it stands for their names, but old school MDKers know what it really stands for.

I\'ve been a fan of the series since the PC version first came out in 1997.

From the pics the PS2 version looks more detailed.Ofcourse you cant always tell from the pics.But sure Kurt looks better on PS2.

LOL, I was just playing the game 5 minutes ago and I can assure you that is not what it looks like on the DC.  

Like I said, the difference is so small there is no way in hell you will be able to tell from screen captures.

I should also say that if you WERE to compare the games with pics then those wouldn\'t even be the right ones to use.  

The PS2 and DC pics represent two completely differnent areas in the game under different lighting conditions.  You can easily see this as Kurt is apparently a foot taller in the DC pic.  Bad example.

That should show you screens mean nothing.  As judging by this, the DC version obliterates the PS2 version.  But if we went by your pics, it\'s the other way around.

When will people learn that 5 year old screen capture technology is not an accurate way of judging a games graphics :(

I\'m going to get this game anyway - I loved the first one, and I know I will love this one as well :)

As I don\'t own DC, I don\'t have to go trough fights inside myself; those fights I gotta decide wich game I buy to wich system.

I\'d, of course, want to own DC, and it\'d be cheap, but I don\'t have the money even to buy it cheap! Well, I\'m going to survive with my ps2 :)

I don\'t mind if the DC version looks better than the PS2-version. But the more important question goes: Is there any extras or is it just a straight PC-port?
