I\'m using the default system, but I\'ll try my best to spice it up as much as possible using ripped monster graphics and some cool skills/spells.
I\'m not making a custom battle engine because, in all honesty, the game isn\'t worth it. My main project features a battle system like Star Ocean 2\'s, and it alone is tedious enough to code for. Here\'s an early screen to go along with the shameless self-promotion:
