Hey, today i discovered that my ps2 was broken when i switch it on as normal no led buttons come on, and i had an mgs 1 disc in there i am taking it back but i want to get my disc out of there plz help..

Are you using a surge protector? Or did you plug the PS2 cord to the wall.

Warmapple pie- If i take it apart doesn\'t it wreck the warinty because is dismantled it on purpose?
There doesn\'t appear to be anything to un-screw..

Oh....Then it\'s internal problem.  You might lose the game but don\'t take it apart, you void the return policy.  The hell with the game, getting the new PS2 would be more important!  :D

Wait.....try hiting the PS2 with you hand on top lightly, and then plug it back to the wall and turn on the PS2.  If it opens,  still return it back and get a new one.
