There Is A God...

You can argue it all you want. But I\'ve played all 3. PSO is a closet compared to EverQuest. 4 measly people to fight with? Try groups of 60 in EQ to take out bosses. Diablo is also much faster paced, you can play with 8 ppl and isn\'t as tedious as PSO. Play them and you will see what I mean. If you haven\'t played EQ or D2, then don\'t even bother replying, cause you can\'t argue about something that you don\'t know about.

Everyone thinks PSO is this god-almighty game. The only reason is because they\'ve never experienced a true online game. PSO is tedious and repetitive as hell. However, add that repetitiveness with a few buddies online and all of a sudden it\'s the best game? I don\'t think so.

Which is better, playing with 4 party members who are friends, or 60 people you don\'t know? I vote for friends.

Personally, I don\'t think I\'ll get PSO2 unless theres a lot of new ****. If Its a 1.5 deal, I wont get it, cause no stores will let me get rid of the first one.

datamage: Yes, I have played other online games. Starcraft, Quake 2, Counter Strike, Aliens Vs Predator...

None have compared to the enjoyment I receive through PSO. It\'s not really fair to compare a PC online game to console, in terms of number of players per game.

I didn\'t get into Diablo so it definitely can\'t compare to PSO.

Who\'s to say those 60 people aren\'t friends? A good majority of the time it\'s a huge guild that work together and have been playing together for a long time. Play the game and you will understand my point. This isn\'t a pro-eq argument cause I hate that game, but for different reasons. EverQuest is a true world where thousands of people run around doing stuff. It\'s not a small server. Not everyone likes that, but it\'s the style of the game. It has life. Ugh, I\'d rather not even talk about it anymore. I dislike talking about EQ.
