Thanks a lot. I almost peed my pants ( well - I would have, if I wouldn\'t have taken a leak just before I entered this forum ). The thread title informed that they officially cancelled TWINE, ok, they did. But I thought PS2 wouldn\'t get a Bond-game.

I am RELIEFED to see it\'s a completely new game - as they have limitless possibilities now...

what no band game for the PS2

what i say is if they kept the movie tie in then most of the plot would alredy be known and have veryfew suprises, take Goldeneye for example their was no suprises on who to trust or not in the game.

a new game title will add mote atmosphere to the game yeah .

I found the first paragraph of DR\'s preview of this game to be quite humerous...

What do you get if you cross Half-Life, GoldenEye and Metal Gear Solid? You get EA\'s amazing new PS2 Bond game.

Maybe...but what you really get is... Perfect Dark!

True, but that\'s the size IGN64 uses so I couldn\'t find any pics the same size. But the similarities between the two are still obvious...

And Perfect Dark is sooooo fast.

is right my friend. But like unknown mentioned, the game was still magnificant is every aspect besides framerate which didn\'t truly affect the overall experience. The game was and still is arguably the best FPS ever. The first player mode was just awesome. It had more replay value than any FPS first player mode ever. The levels were so freakin hard on Perfect Agent and getting all the cheat codes were a b*tch! It\'s multiplayer is still untouched.

I think agent under fire will be better.....

Play Perfect Dark, then play TWINE on the PSX. You\'ll see which game is better after that. TWINE for N64 and PSX sucked badly. Some say they were descent but those who played PD would say TWINE sucked.

Perfect Dark 2 will destroy every FPS for the next year...

why do i say that well you can\'t get the support that you do for the PC, take Halflife for example.

for that we have the following great mods

Counter Strike
Team Fortress Classic
FireArms
Day Of Defeat !


so i think to say that Perfect Dark 2 willbe a Great game but it won\'t alter the way we look at FPS.

Yeah Baby!!  DOOM 3!  I can\'t wait!  I heard to fully get the most out of Doom 3, you should get a G Force3 video card.  How much will the G Force 3 cost?
