I edited my post to show what I mean.  If you find it interesting you should take a class called "Linguistics."  That\'s where I learned it.

If you don\'t have character map installed it\'s easy to get it. (Win98; not sure of ME)[list=1]
  • Control Panel
  • Add/Remove Programs
  • There should be a tab for Windows components
  • In there is all your options from Accessories to WebTV
