EA Sports displayed its new version of Madden NFL for PlayStation 2, and it looks as if the PS2 version is set to be the leader among the three console versions coming out later this year!

Errr, why? Do you have up to date video of the other versions? I thought not.

I didn\'t think it looked that good. Seems like they only did minor updates to the player faces and added a bit more detail to the people standing on the sidelines. The worst thing is, from what I hear they didn\'t update the game mechanics at all, which basically makes it only a slightly prettier version of Madden 2001.

So where\'s Steveeee with NFL2k2 pics so we can get a real argument going?

all they did was add detail to the faces, add a lot more stuff on the sideline, make so you can see the coach pacing on the sideline, fixed the players size so they dont look so short, and added a little more detail to all the stadiums
Im glad they kept the gameplay the same, 2k2 better step up a notch in gameplay or madden going to leave it behind
