I am pretty sure these ar sega nfl2k2 shots for ps2...and nba 2k2 also

I found these over at sony web. They arent the best but at leat its something, as i  would rather play a sega nfl title on ps2 tha ea anyday (damnit its been a while and i am pretty sure i may get flamed)




I know these dont look the best, but these were also shown behind closed doors from what I read. If they were anything near the final quality of the product I am pretty sure Sega would have had them playable. I fully look for sega to kick ea\'s rear end this year in the sports department.

Well personally i prefer Madden over NKL2K but i like NBA2K more so than NBA Live

so i hope that sega can make the game better than before

no, these are DC shots. I saw them last week as part of IGN\'s e3 coverage. The multi-platform ones should be up to snuff with the other gang of titles.

excellent !! I wasn\'t sure but still I would have bought the game for ps2 just because i feel the nfl series had a bit better gameplay

I think it\'s pretty funny that in the picture w/ the Mavs vs. the Warriors, there\'s hardly anyone there. Now that\'s realistic

notice the sideline in the football game. they are still sprites!!!!! that aint no Ps2

I was gonna say.  If these were PS2 shots than EAs bad mouthing would\'ve had some merit.

This game looks like something that 989 might have created.  It looks like Sega has a while to go before they are going to compete with EA on the ps2.  But then again, their programmers haven\'t had that much time with the ps2\'s architecture. :cool:

The NBA pics are good, that looks just like Michael Finley.
The NFL ones i wasnt that impressed with. But I like basketball more so it dosnt bother me.

Kenny - the difference between 989 and Sega, no matter how good 989 games will look and how bad a Sega game could look on the same system, we will always know one thing: Sega\'s game will have GAMEPLAY.

markc111 - People usually only get a really nice dunk when it is a BREAKAWAY, maybe if you watched basketball instead of playing those "realistic" NBA ShootOut2001 games you would know that.

I already knew these were for DC, but if I was the first reply, I would have stated that it was DC, Because if you\'ll notice all the SEGA trademark signs all over the pics (except the last one), unless they are being created for the DC, then created 3rd party for the PS2.......ANyways, the sideline looks awesome, none of those damn cardboard people.  HAHA.  Yall know what I am talking about.

Gohan - my best argument with people come when I am angry. Mine and ddaryl\'s old arguments were pretty damn good. That was back in the day when I would type my responses on my DC. ahhh, good times Some of those old arguments me and ddaryl would go at it. But now all of our creative difference have come at peace. I understand the guy now, just wish he would bring back the Grateful Dead Steal your Face logo! Some of the fanboys we got nowadays like TheOgodlyThing and such think they are hard, but they havent gotten me mad yet
