I have no clue, man. I played it and I haven\'t had massive problems with the lighting, but at various points its rather bad. Still, it doesn\'t distract that much from the game--which is excellent.

Its a shame we have to wait so long for a proper 2D installment in the CastleVania series. Hopefully, Konami will see the reaction gamers are giving COTN and then realize that the CastleVania series needs to stay 2D and forget about those silly \'ole 3D mishaps.

Maybe I\'ll buy a GBA, but in the next months there are so many good PS2 games, so I\'ll have no money fo GBA.

I probably wont get one. I\'ve never had a handheld before. But if they get some of cool old RPG\'s i might get it. Phantasy star 1-3 would be cool.
The old Final Fantasies would be good but I dont see that happening

Phantasy Star was already confirmed as being re-made for the GBA.  That should be more then enough to make Altered buy one. :D

I have a Glacier one as well with THPS2, Castlevania, Mario, and F-Zero.  Who says summers are boring for gamers?  You guys can check out my reviews of those games in the off-topic section.  I should have F-zero reviewed tonight...

I tried it (my friend has one) but I found it damn hard to hold, and I mean c\'mon, it is really outdated..looked the same as GBcolour.

I can maybe understand the handling problems, depending on your hand size.

As for the GBColor remark.. Well, that seems alittle extreme. I don\'t recall see\'in anything near Mario, CastleVania, Rayman, THPS2 quality on the GBC...

So, I have one question and it is a slight varation of Data\'s...

Can I see some GBA movies so I can see how it looks. And how big is the screen compared to GBC?

I don\'t know where any movies are--you may wish to try Pocket.Ign.com, but I am not sure. From what I have seen, every Wal-mart has a test unit, so if you live near a Wal-mart you may want to try that..

I don\'t know the screen size difference either, \'cept that the GBA is widescreen instead of horiztonal like the GBC. Sorry man. I never really cared for handhelds up until the GBA.

But, as I said, Wal-mart has test units and so do alot of other stores like Best Buy.

I just measured.  If you get Mario Advance, the intro to the game shows you the difference.  It\'s about 7/8" wider and 1/8" higher.  With one of those ten dollar light attachments, the graphics come out nearly as crisp as the screenshots, too.

I put Castlevania on layaway today (still recup\'ing from the initial purchases) based largely on the opinions of people on this site.

Can you explain what\'s so great about it?  I\'ve never played Castlevania before...
