Anyone here getting all the next-gen console?

Me personally I"m happy with ps2, dc, but I may get an xbox because there some really good games coming out on there.  But does anyone here plan on getting ps2, dc, gamcube, and xbox.  Usually I try to get as many systems as possible but all that is going to be alot of money.

but i think i will get a GC + XBox in that order,
Mostly because i\'m a console "Whore", and i like to play video games.

I know I love playing games.  This generation of games are going to be expensive since there so many systems coming out.

As soon as I finish my course and get a real job then hell yeah!!!
Probably not dc though cause most of those games are coming out on the others anyway

I\'d like to.. but realistically I don\'t think I can afford to support them all.. let alone have time to really play them and get my money\'s worth. Remember, I don\'t just play new games.. I play 10 to 20 year old games on a regular basis.

So for right now, I\'m hedging my bets on the PS2 and DC with MAYBE the possibility of getting and Xbox or GameCube sometime much later down the line.

GameCube for me.

Why get an XBOX when you have a PS2, they\'re almost the same gamewise(not including graphics).

I\'m getting a Gamecube to go along with my PS2.  Xbox?  Nah...

For me, I\'ve got Dreamcast, Ps2, and I\'ve got Gamecube and Xbox preordered (although I\'m not sure about Xbox, because it was ruled that MS broke the law)

Y\'all have a lot of money!  I won\'t be able to afford any new systems (already have my PS2) for a long while!

Yep, I hate video games.  Ya\' caught me.

What are you talking about?  Right now I am primarely playing my PC and tinking with DC.  So I, video game hater, will have a PC, a DC, an Xbox, a GCN and a PS2.  Don\'t be so hurt because I am buying a PS2 last.  If it makes you feel better though, I was planning on buying one very soon (with GT3) but we are in the process of moving and changing jobs right now so the financail side of it made me nervous.

I have a PS2 and I\'m happy with it.  I am getting a gamecube so that I can get such games as Zelda, RE0, another Mario game, Mario Kart, Smash Bros. 2, etc.

Well, thankfully, the GCN will only be 199 when it launches and I\'ll be sure to drop by my retailer and pick it up with two games a memory card and one extra controller.  That won\'t be nearly as much as I spent on the PS2 launch.

As for X-Box, I really want a few of those titles, but none of the ones I really want will be released at launch.  I\'ll wait a year for its price to drop before I touch it and then I\'ll pick up MGSX with a new system when it releases.  All I need to do is make room under my TV.
