Troglodyte, I think the problem is that you don\'t give us enough time. I usually see the thread, look over the puzzles, then say, "Hmmm, these will be fun to do tonight at like 3:00 am." By the time I start doing them, the contest is already over. Make each contest like 3 or 4 days long so everyone has a chance to see the puzzles.
Well the contest was open for
2.5[/u] days.
The other "Puzzle"s were only up for 24 hours, and I had plenty replies from them.
About the horse thing, I was measuring time with the sun, not a watch. On one horse, lets say it walked as fast the Earth revolved, and always had the sun on its back,
never saw the sun set. The other horse, let\'s say he also walked as fast at the earth revolved, but in the opposite direction. He\'d
see the sun set twice as much as someone who just stayed in the same spot.
You\'re right that in "real" time they aged the same, but to the horses, one never aged a day, and the other aged twice as much, \'cause all they had to go by was the position of the sun.
How\'s that for dodging around an answer?
Anyways, I\'m sorry you thought that 2.5 days wasn\'t long enough to figure out a few simple puzzles.
