I\'ll be honest. After I heard all about NY and DC, I took into account lots of different things, besides the horrific situation, one of the things I considered most was the delay of MGS2. Fact is, none of us know enough about the game to even dictate whether or not it will be delayed. The game may or may not even be IN New York. Hell, the ship is on its way to Beunos Airies in the game anyways so who knows. If it really does end up in New York, like rumored, then it is possible that none of the game takes place outside, or even NEAR the WTC and if it does, then I\'m sure Konami will quickly change the backdrop to account for the changes or just say screw it and release it.
My only concern is if a portion of the game actually place inside the WTC in some way, shape, or form, but I highly doubt it. That would be just too cliche anyways and I don\'t see Kojima as that type of individual. Destroying a building annonymously ina film is one thing (Armageddon), but that doesn\'t mean it will play on the senses of the people who have loved and lost in this tragedy. Don\'t worry, there will be a TV movie of the week about this on some network, I guarantee it and it will be much more scrutinized upon then a backdrop for a game.
