America has become too politically correct to sucessfully rally the youth of America to fight. The only thing teens get up in arms about anymore is if some kid calls another kid "fag".
How true this is.
I saw last night interviews of teenagers about the coming retaliation, and all the kids could say was, "We shouldn\'t do war, war be bad."
Hmmm, no sh it. But, what do you propose?
One teen responds: "We should try to negotiate world peace."
Dear American youth,
GET OFF THE PEACE TRAIN!! ITS BEEN DERAILED!!
As I stated above, my grandfather LOST his youth, because he understood that we needed to defend our country with our lives. Has the youth of today been so brainwashed as to think that we can negotiate our way out of this?? What is on TV that I am missing? For all of the video game "murder simulators" we have been playing for the past 20 years, we sure have bred alot of pacifists.
Now first, let me say that it isn\'t wrong to want peace. I admire their naivite, and for lack of a better word, optimism. Second, I\'m not saying that you have to change your view on the world to fit my opinions.
But, it disheartens me to know that these dunderpates will be holding signs to protest the soldiers that do the dirty work for them, because they have been raised on a diet of mommy-and-daddy-spoon-fed-me-till-I-was-15. I\'m not bragging, but, by the time I was 15, I was forced to put aside my youth and take care of a completely crippled father. This was no easy task because the man was a total bastard to me and my brothers and sisters growing up.
You know what though?
I SUCKED IT UP, AND DID THE PROPER THING TO DO.
Some kids today suffer no hardships, thereby never opening their eyes until its too late.
So, if you are still living the fantasy that this can be talked away, that all will be ok, please, I\'m begging you, wake up. The next one on the plane that crashes might be your mom, dad, or even, you.
PS- Just heard that a guy I went to school with lost his sister in the Tower. Don\'t ever forget this, please.
PPS- This message doesn\'t apply to all teenagers, don\'t get upset. Chances are, I ain\'t talking about YOU.
