Hell Yeah.

I ordered Devil May Cry, WWF: Smackdown! and SSX: Tricky for a total of $98.96, saving $59.99.  No tax in Kalifornien!  I use Amazon all the time, they\'re great.

Ironfist, why don\'t you just find someone who has a credit card and make them place the order for you.  You can pay them in cash.

why dont you just take off the $10 coupon...hint the sentence "YOU CAN NOT USE A CHECK IN COMBINATION WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE"

I talked to the rep when I was having problems and You CANNOT use a Check or Money order to pay when you use the gift certificate.

In order to get 59.99 deducted you need to use a credit card.  Yeah it sucks :(

And I couldn\'t belive Cap Vs SNK 2 was only 39 dollars.

Maybe I should order online more often.

Since it looks as if this post is turning into a "who got the best deal..." and since you guys know my luck with Amazon.com blew chunks...  I\'m happy to report:

- Went to my local b&m Toys R Us during lunch today
- Purchased the following:
    - Grand Theft Auto 3   $49.99
    - Devil May Cry            $49.99
    - Extreme G3               $49.99

                    Sub-Total   $149.97
          Less Get 1 Free   - $49.99
          Less Geoffery $s - $80.00
    Screw in sales tax =/-   $1.50

Bottom line..... I got all three games for $20.88

Lord, I love my Geoffery Dollars!

Well Ladies and Gentlemen i finally ordered my games off of amazon!!!:bounce: :D :bounce: I got MGS2,SSX Tricky, THPS3...and games i got from toys r us is Devil May Cry, GTA3,and Ace Combat 4!!! I would never have guessed i would have got 6 games in a span of a month.

Oh well, I\'m on even ground with most regarding the actual Amazon.com order placement now since I was finally able to place an order there too!  Just wish I could have multiplied it by another 3 games (I\'m such a greedy pig!)...I had 007, Smuggler\'s Run 2, and Top Gun in my sights (not to mention my shopping cart) -- in addition to SSX Tricky, Wave Rally, and Burnout, ...when I looked at my total and it was gonna be upwards of $300 bucks!!!  Only accepted the code for 3 games...so I jacked the first 3 titles back outta the picture for the time-being.  Still, stoked on the deals...:bounce:

I ended up calling Amazon and telling them that there was a messup on my order

I told them that I used a promotional code that stated buy 2 PS2 games get the 3rd free. She verified it and just changed one of my games to $0.00

but other people said you can do it. They probably caught on to it and put a stop to it

Amazon got hit with buckets of orders over 3000 copies of GTA3 we\'re reserved when I called and asked them about my expected ship date.

I\'ll probably goto Walmart and buy GTA3 then when Amazon finally ships my copy I\'ll take it back to Walmart with the rrceipt and get my money back

WHOA!  Thanks to rereading down through this thread, I recognized after my order placement that I\'d meant to order Splash Down rather than Wave Rally boy, *that\'s* gonna be confusing for a lot of folks I bet!.  Anyway, called order services & got it switched with no problems...Amazon is, perhaps, slowly redeeming itself in my eyes... :nut:
