very simple

properties >> appearance >> advanced >> click "active title bar" >> size "20" and font size "9"

this will render the users experience a whole lot better....belive me. That horrid default oversized title bar is the devil I say.

And lock that taskbar :p

I like the text AA effect as well.. :D

Oh and ICQ screws up when the taskbar i locked :mad:
