I work out alot myself, and to be honest, you are working out way too much.
Also, EAT YOUR ASS OFF.
If you are lifting weights and running that much, you NEED TO EAT. And don\'t worry, you don\'t have to be healthy all the time. That\'s where diets fail.
I suggest you do the following routine:
Day one: Chest & Back
Day two: Arms and Shoulders
Day three: Abs and Cardio work (run your miles, bro...I only run on average 1.5 to 2!
Its the time spent moving that counts, not the distance!)
Day four: Legs
Day five: Rest
Repeat.

Anyway, if you don\'t eat, you will burn MUSCLE not FAT, so you will still lose weight, just not the good weight. Take it slow, and safe.
PS- Eat only the egg whites, BTW!
And, TONS OF PROTEIN!! Lean, fatless protein, like chicken breast. Avoid red meat though.
