Let me tell you a story...
less than a year ago I bought a Roland VS1880 18 track digital studio. It cost $2000 (plus tax) and at the time that was the cheapest price around. To make a long story short, my bandmates are retards and just stare blankly at it, not even bothering to learn how to use it. So I tell them to F- off, we\'re goin back to the studio where I don\'t have to do EVERYTHING and I\'m selling the thing. Well, low and behold, 4 months after I bought the thing, they come out with a 24 track model, and the price drops $700.
now I\'m trying to sell the f@#$in\' thing on ebay and getting reamed royally. Obviously I expected the price to drop, but Jesus Christ this sux.
Which brings me to the topic of this thread:
I love the fact that I live in an age where there is always some cool new electronic toy or a faster computer coming out, But I hate the fact that once you buy something there is already something better, faster, cooler. And what you bought is instantly yesterday\'s piece of crap.
OK, I feel better now
