Guitly Gear X 2!!!!!!!

Sammy\'s Official Guilty Gear X site has announced Guilty Gear X 2 to be released in Spring, 2002. While the announcement of its release has been made, no details have been given as of present.

GGX is the bigest masher I have seen. I cannot stand this game as you can mash your way to combos, kills, and victories.

It really takes the fun away from the game, although after playing it, every other 2D fighter looks like Ass.

UUUUUhhhhhh......no I think its one of most fun and best 2d fighters out there.  Plus it has really great character design.

I just don\'t know how you can be happy with games that require zero amount of skill, but hey, whatever floats your boat, so to speak..

(By the way - no offense was meant in my above comment. You\'re allowed to like a game and be excited by the sequel. I was just adding my two cents in about the series.)

I like doa3, GGX, tekken series(I almost mastered the whole game), VF series, Street Fighter series, Soul Cailbur, and Bloody Roar.  I don\'t button  mash in games I try to mastered them same applies for doa3 and GGX.  You don\'t know how I can be happy with DOA3?!!!?  Same reason some people act like SSB:Melee is the second coming or something.  I\'m sorry I\'m not 4 years old so SSB:Melee really doesn\'t appeal to me and not to mention the game is very shallow.  I would put doa3 up there with the best tekken 4 and VF4.  Yes I have played all three games for sereval hours to make my final judgement.

graphically it is one of the best 2d games. Now if capcom combined this engine with their great animations from  sf3 for sf4  :eek:

People who love the deepness of SF or just about any SNK fighter won\'t usually like mashing their way to victories. One Hit kills are completely out of whack, as are combos you can do by hitting two buttons at once.

blah, I am not a fan, I like the realistic looking handdrawn animations better anyway!

The one hit kills don\'t bother me since there so hard to get off someone.  GGX is an excellent 2d fighter not to mention its a beauty too look at.  

i\'m mastering Bridget and Zapper (two of the new characters).. they\'re fun to use and have lots of ways to attack.  Also my bro and me finally finished all story mode for every characters, and now they\'re 7 new characters in total (plus Kliff, Justice and Robo Ky) :cool:...  but in order to get SP and EX mode for them, gonna have to beat LV 500+ in the survival, which is impossible especially when facing golden characters....

 Im not 4 and I love SSB:Melee imo its one of the best party games out there. Although the story mode could use a little work.

Their is no story mode.

Lol You are nintendo characters fighting, but its still fun with a group of friends.

I\'ve only played a little bit of GGX, then I lost it:mad:, from what I\'ve played it was reall fun, the music was really good.I think I\'ll buy another copy later on.
