The fact he has led a once hapless Washington Wizards team to a 18-14 record when they had all of 19 wins all of last year only adds to his legend. He\'s taken 3 years off, had to battle tendinitis, but now that he\'s finally shaken that and is getting healthy again his true greatness is showing. This Wizards team, led by his Airness, has amassed a 9 game winning streak(franchise record). That was followed by a two game losing streak with Richard Hamilton out with a torn groin muscle but MJ put an end to that in a hurry with back to backs of 51 and 45. The Wizards now have another 4 game winning streak going and he is now once again taking the focus of his scoring and making others better, he was 2 assists shy of a triple double tonight. I have DirecTV with NBA league pass and I watch every game he plays and he is a true joy to watch. Everyone else can make a big deal out this "last shot" crap but it was NEVER a big deal to him, he wanted to keep playing. Why should he quit just because a select few want to remember that as being the last shot he ever took? I remember being one of the more optimistic people surrounding his return but he has exeeded even my expectations. Those Wizards players go into games expecting to win now instead of expecting to lose. He has imposed his will on them and they are infinately better for it. They may not win the championship but #23 is showing once again why he is the greatest player ever to lace on a pair of sneakers.
