Yeah, I plan on getting into the shape of a lump on the couch this summer. Does that count?

I dedicated myself to sports I play. About 1.5 years ago I signed up to my local gym, $349 bucks per year. Includes 10 VIP passes for anyone I wanna take for a trial. As a manner in fact, being a veteran of the center, I now have a summer job there now.

I cross train. Which means, unlike others, I concentrate on other areas besides my "guns" and my "six pack." I do hella time on the cross trainer, I do a ton of leg work, as well as lat pull downs, tricept extensions, lat-row, etc etc.

I also own a Torso Track, cause I think those ab machines are so stupid. They never do a sufficent job. I do about 500-800 reps every other day before I start my day.

AND unlike others, I usually keep a low profile of my body. It\'s extremly evident to my friends and others I work out, but I ain\'t here to show off, cause it\'s pathetic and I suck at showin off.

Although I do hear mm likes showing off cyclops every once in a while. Whatever he tells you about me, it\'s all a lie. :D
You think positive, I\'ll think realistic.

i\'m not one of those people that only train one body part, since i got certified by ACE, i\'ve been doing a basic push pull routine, example one day will be bench(decline, flat, and incline, to work out different angles of the muscle), shoulder press, tri dips, and inverted pushups.  next day do the pull routine, with preacher curl, db curl, flys, shrugs, and bent over rows.

i don\'t work out my legs for mass much anymore, but the last time I worked them out heavy, i was leg pressing over 1200lbs.  Now i work my legs out for deffinition, because if i get much bigger i\'d look like a freak.

I might start a HIT routine, it is supposed to be very beneficial, and time conservative.

Its nice to see someone else out there that actually does some sports, cross country season is long since over but I\'m starting back up for next season, soon I\'ll be getting 30 miles a week, and hopefully by the end of the summer I\'ll be getting in 50 miles a week
