No I didnt read the "Newbie FAQ". How do you know the games are copied or pirated? Has anyone ordered from this site and gotten a game that wasnt properly packaged?

If you are so deperate for an answer and really really want to know if they are legit, then buy a game from them.  If they seem so cheap and the deal seems great to you, then go buy a whole ton of games, and tell us what happened.  You never know until you try.  Why bother asking a bunch of people "why" when you can find out for yourself?

Forums are a place of discussion... This isn\'t a giant billboard where people take advantage of and try to sell stuff...

Take that to Yahoo Auctions.

Why do you refuse to read the Newbie FAQ, Damien? You look for an answer, but you refuse to look in a logical place to get it. Just doesn\'t make any sense to me.

Problem is, you already got your answer, so, like Ryu said, get the games yourself. Even though all I\'m stating is what other people have stated in this thread, it\'s worth repeating, and it wouldn\'t be a bad idea to follow the advice.

In summary? Adversiting - bad. Piracy - bad. Not reading the Newbie FAQ - bad. Hope that helps kinda :)

What do Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Matt Clement, and Carlos Zambrano have in common?

They\'re the pieces to the next great pitching rotation of our time, what else?

I am sorry. I didn\'t realize the FAQ stated whether or not that particular site was selling copied or legit games. Gee, how stupid of me.

And for all of the other posts above which question my common sense do you ever think that maybe, just maybe! someone could have come across a lot of games for real cheap and needs to quickly sell them off??? No, you just assume.

And for everyone who says, just buy from there and find out for yourself - I thought I would see if anyone else had bought from there first. Does that seem like such a bad idea?

I swear - you post a question here and every witty little gamer has an opinion on the question, yet no one has an answer(at least not until one poster said they had bought one and it was copied which answered my question and was all that I was looking for).

Oh well.

ok, lets theoretically say he has lots of retail games that he has to get rid of.

why sell them for 14.99?
he could sell then for twice that much and people would snatch them up like hotcakes

yer missing the point here

Because like I said maybe he was in a big hurry to get rid of them. Sure people would snatch them up at $30 each, but they would snatch them up even faster at $15.

Anyhow, I emailed the guy and it turns out like someone mentioned earlier that the games are copied and that you need a mod chip installed in your PS2 to play them.

Was a bit surprised that he admitted as much.
