Very, very true, but now they\'d have to deicate an entire page, and have a fluffy cartoon animal so that it will draw attention to it.  Unfortunately, just making something bold or underlining it will not draw attention to the words anymore.  We\'re all graphic oriented, stupid people.

Man MM, you set me str8 again. I didn’t know that they posted the disclaimer in the books of EVERY game. That of course is due to the fact that I skip over the first few pages to get to the opening dialog or game play instructions. Thanx man.

yea i dont see how she can get any money at all if their is a warning and disclaimer in the front of each game and console manual

Maybe I read this wrong, but the mother of the 30 year old N64 player that was living at home still is the one suing Nintendo, not the other way around.
