Still i wonder if the IDiots over at Team X box are clamining that its the best Japanese launch ever.... of a console with two X in its Name ;)

but ill think you find that even RR5 (although not the best racing title on the PS2)

still out sold PG in Japan over the same period of time.

selling 14,000 titles in a region like Japan is laughable.

esp when you consider there are PS2 titles that sellover the 1 million mark in the first few days if not hours (like FF10 and Gran Turismo 3 a spec).

That\'s why I\'m scared...when "crap" sells more than a nicer game..."Zombie Gamers" are dangerous for videogames...I really hope Jap will open the eyes...and I feel it\'s going to happen...

true i mean with out competition the PS2 would still be selling for its launch price.

Also don\'t knock the ..."Zombie Gamers"

i mean most of them bought Ridge Racer 5 because they where lotal to the name and loved the previous games.

after all with out ..."Zombie Gamers"  the people who made Tomb raider would be jobless and out on the street begging for money ;)

I think its more..
During the ps2 launch in japan there was very little choice in games... the xbox is up against 2 consoles
