Please post a link to the hardware sales...

As for games...Xbox has a drought right now.  Don\'t expect it to get better until summer or even this fall.  Will it be too late by then, seriously doubt it.  When the library of games gets a little more diverse, an audience is sure to notice.

Don\'t get me wrong, I love my Xbox and all...but it seems MS just isn\'t taking the right steps at the moment.  Major games getting delayed, ridiculous price in Europe, no games tailored for a japanese audience...

For the moment, my PS2 and Xbox are collecting dust...

Also, I just don\'t understand what people find so appealing about GTA3 or State of Emergency...they\'re both no more than rentals IMO.

I think you care about this just a little too much.

Seriously, who cares what console is selling best? Unless you\'re investing in stock of these companies, why do you care so much about the numbers?

I actually do own stock in sony.. 200 shares
someone asked me that question a year ago, so I decided to buy some :)

Overall its done pretty well, i\'m hoping the ps2 helps it even more (now that inital costs are over with)

Took back some money I could have spent on games, but at least i\'ll have some money when i\'m outta college to go towards a house or something. (and I did buy other stocks, not just sony)

Considering a year ago Sony stock was worth around $70 a share and today it closed at $51.10 a share, I am starting to wonder how much truth is in your post.

"Overall its done pretty well"

Also, I dont know many students who can afford to spend $14,000 on stock, but if you can, then congrats.

I don\'t plan on selling it anytime soon, obviously a company needs to put out money to make it, and there have been lots of investment recently. The past few months has fared better, and there are many summer movies that they have planned for release that look like will do very well.

Considering that every company\'s stock took about a $20+ dive around August last year, I\'d say that is good.  Better than my company.  Sony has assets in many different industries.  The value of stock is not in the day-to-day gains or losses, it\'s what you make of it, either retirement, sales, or capital.

News flash: most of the crap that comes out of chrono\'s mouth is garbage.
Language services three functions. The first is to
communicate ideas. The second is to conceal ideas. The
third is to conceal the absence of ideas.
