64 had to sell more than that...it couldn\'t have sold the same amount as Saturn and survived.

Besides, didn\'t the 64 sell over 30 million worldwide?  I know the US and UK didn\'t make up 25 million in sales...

I thought PlayStation sold over 80million units worldwide in it\'s lifetime.

I know PS2 has over 30million out there now... at least that\'s what MSNBC says, heh.

And those Gameboy advanced numbers can\'t be right...hasn\'t it sold like 40 million already?

And those PSone numbers are weird...if the PS sold 80 million worldwide and only 19 million in Japan then the US and UK would have to make up around 60 million...if that\'s true, then why is it that the Japanese market is so important in they are the minority?

Yes usa sold more consoles than japan, but the japanese market is so important because all the developers are japanese.
