People who debate which console has the brightest future need to get a life...as opposed to people who debate specs, hardware, and system performance, right?
If you are refering to me and my reputation of regularly "defending" the PS2 in technical debates, well I have this to say then:
This debate about who is "winning" E3 is nothing more than nonsense. No company can "win" or "own" E3 simply because it\'s matter of personal preference. Some may think Microsoft has the best lineup, some Sony... those are all personal opinions and those few won\'t have any effect on the weekly sale-charts between the 3 consoles. You can\'t argue against opinions.
However, debating which system has better specs is quite interesting. Why? Because you have certain companies that try to hype up their product by posting misleading specnumbers. The average consumer will look at those specs and believe his buying the best thing. So, debating about specs and hardware and system performance has a lot more to it, because it all builds around facts. No one can say "PSone is better than PS2 technically" because it just ain\'t true. However, having the same person argue "Sony won E3" opposed to the other saying "No it didn\'t, Xbox won it".. well, it can\'t get more pathetic than that, because they both are obviously biased and have different opinions. You can\'t fight someones opinion - that\'s why this thread about "who\'s owning E3" is pathetic.
