Capcom no longer has the Marvel lisence, Activision does now\'a\'days. So, you may be waiting awhile and I do mean awhile for Marvel vs Capcom 3. Look on the bright side, you get a port of Marvel vs Capcom 2 on the PS2 and XBox...Well, err, that isn\'t much of a bright side, now is it? 
I\'m personally waiting for Capcom to unveil Street Fighter 4 or a completely new series, though I\'d settle for a new PowerStone game.
Nah, the license isnt something so simple.
Its not like a WWF title. More then one company can use the license..capcom can make marvel 3 if they wanted.
I played the PS2 version of MvC2 at E3..ugh. It ran and played fine..but all they added was effin EASY mode.
Yeah, just what we need, capcom.die.
