Its the city that GTA3 is based on. We have a huge crime rate, and about half of the people in the obituary died of causes other than "natural".

It is?..I thought it was based on miami. Makes sense with all of the hispanics and dreds. Plus liberty city is a real city down here.

I\'m exaggerating, of course. But we got our share of hispanics and dregs. Hookers and johns. And i\'m just talking about phoenix, I don\'t know how much better (or worse) the rest of the state is.
