get it on pc.. i hated the ps2 version.. was boring.. for some reason the pc version has brought me back to the light... Strange.

GTA3 is great. I like it because it takes so long to get boring. If I tire of a mission I just go around having fun killing people and blowing stuff up. I am glad that it finally stepped into a 3-D perspective, when the first came out I always thought this game would rock in 3-D! I think I\'ll go bash some peoples heads in with a baseball bat now (in tha game of course ).

I love GTA3. I love the music (which if I get sick of one station\'s music, I can simply turn to another station), I also love the veriety of missions. Granted, they all invovled either stealing cars or killing people, but even then, each mission is still unique. Also, some are pretty open ended on how you can finish the mission (like you can either try to snipe some dude from a distance or blow up his car once he tries to make his escape). Along with extra missions like taxi, vigilanty mode (playing as the cop), fire fighting, or even paramedic missions, just so much you can do in the game.

Now, best PS2 game...haven\'t played enough PS2 games to say that, but it certainly is up there.

Hang on a minute, is GTA Vice City a completely new game, or is it just an add on/expansion?

As for the mission getting the Columbians to follow you, just keep checking to see if they are keeping up with you. Don\'t go too fast so they lose you.

I found that mission to be one of the easiest.

Vice City is an entirely new game. Enjoy.

Yes. Heck, the game is even set in the 80s.

I agree.

I was dissapointed when I purchased this poor excuse of a "Mafioso Experience." I thought it was going to be like The Godfather or The Soprano\'s. The missions gets increasingly boring as you progress. I can\'t believe they give you a time limit to destroy coffee stands, Bah! Not very gang like... Sure the coffee stands sold drugs as well, but it was a trivial mission which does not benefit me at all.
