ooooo yeah...  That\'s the ticket ace..  I was a stupid 9th grader so I guess it wasn\'t a LD player.  Then heck, maybe they haven\'t been out as long as I thought.  I did buy mine 10 years ago though I know that for a fact..  Haven\'t rented a VHS since.

Yeah, I think they\'ve been around since the early 70\'s. I\'m just not sure when they made an appearence in stores.

I always thought the CED units were kind of cool. They played a movie like a turntable with a needle. If I remember, the picture was as good, if not worse than, VHS.
