We have little tremors from time to time, nothing serious though.

i felt a tremmor once.. was really tiny..  Infact i slept through one once.. But i\'m talking really small shakes. not gonna knock my house down or anything.  Heat, you\'re gonna die, its the start of the end. We\'re all dead in around 15 - 16 years. maybe.

You don\'t have to be on a Fault line to have earthquakes.

It was an earythquake measuring 4.8 on the richter scale!

I felt it in West Yorkshire at about 1am, the whole house shook for about 10 seconds.

Take a look at Iceland, it\'s on two tectonic plates the north american one and the eurasian one., and a volcanic hot spot Let\'s just say quakes are very very common here.

Yeah, I can jus see it now. News flash.. after years of predicting that California would one day succumb to it\'s siesmic activity, scientists were stunned today when England fell into the ocean durring a 2.1 on the Ricter...

Bah, it\'s nothing. I live in cornball Indiana and I\'ve felt stronger earthquakes than what you\'ve experienced. Last decent one was back in the 80\'s.. I remember having to rush outta the house when the plaster on the wall started cracking and falling out. Weird thing is.. the quake originated over a state & a half away down on the Tennessee border... and I\'m up by the Michigan border. If a really big one ever hits down there, the whole midwest is pretty much toasts.. and damage will be reported as far north as Maine.
Please Bleed.. so I know that you are real.

Here is your answer REALLY

SPECTRAVIDEO HAS US ALL SHOOK UP
REPORTED BY Corey Brotherson
Want to know the real reason behind the earth tremor that took Britain by surprise on Monday? SpectraVideo has the answer.

Quick off the mark, the canny funsters at the peripherals company has declared an "apology" to those disturbed by the recent earthquake experienced around numerous regions of Great Britain yesterday – because it was an effect of it testing its new Logic3 SoundStation 5.1 speaker systems.

"Any inconvenience or distress this has caused seems to have been the result of a door to the sound proof testing chamber not being correctly sealed before testing. As soon as this mistake was noticed the testing was halted - but about 12 seconds of experiment had already elapsed,” said Brian Faller, marketing manager for Logic3.

The testing for the SoundStation 5.1 speaker system is now in it\'s finally stages, ready for the launch of the products early in October. This slight accident does go to show the shear power of the speaker system - which will allow gamers to experience new levels of audio sensations they could not have done so before. The slightly worrying thing was that this test register 4.9 on the Richter Scale - but the speaker was not set to full power!"

Before you start ringing up trying to claim some sort of legal damages from SpectraVideo and Logic3, we have to point out that the earthquake wasn’t really caused by the SoundStation 5.1. Just in case you were fooled. Ahem. But if you want to experience the seemingly earthshaking power of the massive speaker system, which turns your PlayStation2, Xbox, Gamecube, PC or DVD Player into a complete home theatre entertainment system, and have £200 burning a hole in your Richie Rich type pockets, try out the SpectraVideo site.
