Congratulations to mm (8000 posts!)

OK I suppose I\'ve let you guys vent your rage long enough. I\'ve just been watching this thread the past few days having myself some chuckles. Want the truth?? YOU CAN\'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!

Anyways I didn\'t ask  to have my post count bumped up. Infact, all I ask for was glow on my name. After mm tried to do it manully and it not work we both agreed just to raise the post count.

Now, you can ask mm, when changing the post count came up, I said that I liked my low post count and didn\'t really want to change it. And I really do, so it won\'t bother me one bit if mm wants to subtract 5000 post.
I didn\'t relize so many of you would make a huge fuss about it. I did expect a few.
/me wonders if he should name names here........nah

So heres the deal, we don\'t have glow anymore and my high post count is meaningless to me, and tormenting to many of you. Infact I take pride in my lower post count;) And the top 20 list I could care less about.
So mm make all these guys happy and subtract my post count by 5000. It won\'t bother me at all. I could care less if I have 20 post or 20,000 post.

And OMEN I devote far more time to these forums then you relize buddy. I just don\'t feel them with spam;) I just read a lot of yours.

Like a certain wise member once said, a single, well-written posts equals hundreds of spammy, meaningless replies. I do not know what caused you to stand up against Dajo\'s and mm\'s agreement, but at least he gave a reasonable explanation; a true ending to this worthless argument

I have promised myself not to look at my post-count. I will take a peek once or twice a month, but that is the maximum amount. I want to shake the last shreds of importance the counter serves to me, personally. If it had been important to me all along, I would have not returned. The fact that one can not instantly view the counter, is perhaps the best addition this board has under-gone while I was absent.
