Man, I kick ass.  The Osmosis Kittens are now in first place, leading Team Cocky by .14 points.

Until a scramble type QB wins a super bowl I\'ll stick with the pocket passer.

Yes Steve Young scrambled but he didnt average a 100 yards a game like Vick and others

the coming weeks will be hectic, all the winning teams play each other, Shox has two games against playoff teams, LUKE plays 3 in a row, and I finish my 3 weeks of hell against Shox.  My only difficult game after that is the last game of the season against Vid.

And Elway wasn\'t a scrambling QB?

He wasnt well known for it,  so he dont count.  I\'m sure he never had 40 yard rushes like McNabb and Vick

Elway was a scrambler, like Favre is a scrambler.  Neither were like Vick, but deffinetly weren\'t pocket passers!

Now for FFL news, I\'m back in the number 3 spot, and the 4 playoff spots are filled with 7-2 teams.  It\'s gonna be a race to the end, all of the playoff teams have games against eachother over the next weeks, so it\'s gonna come down to the wire!

I didn\'t notcie that you said Steve Young didn\'t scramble for 100 yds a game....well of course he didn\'t.  You are no longer talking about scrambling QB\'s, you\'re simply talking about McNabb and Vick.  Technically here are some scrambling qb\'s;

Young
Elway
Favre
Garcia
Tarkington

here are some pocket passers;
Bledsoe
Marino
Warner
Aikman

Are you kidding me?  Elway was very well known as a scrambler.  Yes, he did get those long rushes on occasion.

Elway was known for tucking the ball and getting some yards, even taking a big hit every so often.

Thats what haters say about achievers...Phil Jackson is a great coach because he had talented players around him...etc

You ever seen warner play?  His passes hit the reciever in the chest every time.

Someone said they rather have 1 Garcia then 2 Warners...hmmm I guess you didnt take into account Warner is the most accurate passer ever to play the game statisticly wise?

We all see how Warner is playing now.  And if you want to claim Warner is the best pocket passer ever, we can continue to laugh at you.

I said statisticly he is the most accurate QB ever.  You want to deny that?

  So what he had a 3 rough games at the start of the season.  If you watched all the Rams games like I did you would know that the only game he really didnt do good in was the Tampa Bay game.

The only time I\'ve seen Warner play live was in the Arena League.  There\'s a difference though.  Phil Jackson is a great coach.  You can see that, because before he took over the Lakers, they had no direction, and weren\'t getting anywhere.  Since he took them over, they\'ve done nothing but win titles.  There is that difference between him and anyone else.  This year, Warner started the first couple of games, and the Rams offense looked awful.  They lost every game he started.  Now you have a third string QB who is easily out performing him in every part of the game, and is leading the team to victory after victory.  The contrast here not only suggests that Warner is not anything out of the ordinary, but that he isn\'t that good at all.  The same happened two years ago with Trent Green.  Trent stepped in, and he actually had better numbers than Warner.

And you know why Warner is so accurate?  Because the WRs on that team are so fast, and so talented, that they are wide open more than WRs on any other team.  That means the completion percentage should be highers, and would be with any QB you put in there.

And Clowd, I watched the Giants game that Warner was in.  He looked horrible.

I won\'t pretend I\'m a football expert ... but from what I\'ve seen on sports center, sportsrise ect ect, is that the Rams CURRENT QB isn\'t doing much of anything; Marshall Faulk has taken over.  The way it always should have been IMO.  So that doesn\'t really mean that Kurt Warner "isn\'t that good", just that they relyed on him too heavily.
