I have a useful tip: when you are looking for chopper near your hide-out and it ain\'t there just cruise around the block and return now it\'s there, this goes the same with the golfcaddy.

Yeah, it is the same for most items, if you want the pcg600 there is usually one next to the marina in ocean drive. If not just walk away a few yards and come back, it miraculously appears.
